Comfortable room for a restful night's sleep.

Upon arrival, no staff helped with our luggage, despite many employees at the reception. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. we waited far too long for the menu and our food. My pasta was greasy and unappetizing, while my husband’s steak was small and dry. Additionally, the waiter’s rude comment about tips left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall, the lack of service and quality was frustrating.

The hotel's elegant design and cozy atmosphere felt very welcoming, especially the warm lighting in the lobby that made navigating easy for seniors like me. The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxation after a long flight.

So, I spent a night here as I had an early flight. The restaurant was solid, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. However, I noticed a really strong chemical smell on the 3rd floor, probably from their smoking rooms. Also, the room was cramped, and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.
